ABOUT ADDISON FARMS
Addison Farms is located on Saluda Lake just outside of Greenville, South Carolina. In April 2019, we traded in our home in the heart of downtown for a 14-acre farm. While we loved our life in the city, we both had a desire to live on land and explore the endless possibilities farm life has to offer. AF is not just a farm, but also a lakeside retreat! Saluda Lake is a 330-acre lake that straddles the Greenville County and Pickens County line – the perfect location, only a short drive to several great towns in the Upstate.
Here at AF, we are all about the animals. We strive to give them the best possible life and a safe place to call home. We are proud of the life we are building and are excited to share this journey with you

The Hive at Addison Farms is a luxe shipping container tiny home located on Saluda Lake.
The Hive at Addison Farms is more than just a place to stay when visiting Upstate, SC. Step into our world and experience life on a hobby farm while enjoying the relaxation and luxury of lakefront living. What was once a shipping container, has been transformed into a modern and intimate tiny home, giving our guests a unique place to stay just under 20 minutes from Downtown Greenville, SC. The Hive is all about the experience – there is a lake view from every room, a private dock with access to kayaks and paddleboards, combined with the chance to spend time with our rescue animals or even have a private dinner in the garden. The Hive at Addison Farms is a place to unwind and reconnect and offers a little something for everyone. We hope to see you soon!
